Structure Fire; INC#0113; 02:10AM; 771 E Pico Bl; https://bit.ly/47AXnwx; Downtown; Initial reports state dumpster in alley exposing 1 story commercial. Units arrived to find heavy smoke coming from 2 units in 1 story row of commercial occupancies. Companies began an aggressive offensive attack of the fire, with firefighters on the roof stating heavy fire coming from all cut ventilation holes.
